Certified Folder Display Service Canada, Inc. is the combination of two of Western Canada's leading rack brochure distribution companies -- Vancouver Island Tourist Services Ltd. and Inter-West Brochures Ltd.

Vancouver Island Tourist Services Ltd. was founded in April 1967 by Mr. Ian B McCaul and provided rack brochure distribution in the Victoria area and throughout Vancouver Island for many years. One of the key rack brochure distribution programs was brochure display on board the BC Ferry System. Vancouver Island Tourist Services Ltd. experience and expertise over the past 33 years in the brochure distribution and display of tourist brochures and related informational materials is unique in BC in terms of its scope of operations and the performance of its employees.

In April, 2000 Vancouver Island Tourist Services was acquired by Certified Folder Display Service, Inc.

Founded in 1984 by the McInally family, Doris, Phil and Jack, Inter-West Brochures Ltd. began its operations by servicing Greater Vancouver from a Richmond based warehouse. Over the years, Inter-West expanded into the Fraser Valley, Okanagan Valley, and resort areas such as Whistler, BC.

The success of Inter-West was based upon its ability to understand what the marketplace desired. They offered programs that suited the clients' needs and maximized their exposure through the region.

During the years Inter-West operated, relationships were developed with other reputable rack brochure distribution companies in the US and Canada, including Certified Folder Display. These relationships helped develop expanded rack brochure distribution opportunities for Inter-West's clients into additional markets other than BC.

In November 2000, Inter-West Brochures Ltd. was acquired by Certified and the rack brochure distribution operations were combined with Vancouver Island Tourist Services Ltd. to form Certified Folder Display Service Canada. Inc.
